We own and maintain extensive areas of land at and around our ports that we no longer need for the operation of the ports themselves, but which we are keen to save, regenerate and share.

The best way to do this is to work with regional development agencies and local planning agencies as and when appropriate opportunities arise.  Two of our most striking, and some of the UK’s most renowned, success stories in urban regeneration have been our work at Cardiff Bay and Waterfront Barry.  We are also pleased with the contribution we have made to similar initiatives in Ipswich, Fleetwood and Southampton.
