Health & safety - training and education
The group believes that encouraging a health and safety-conscious culture is the key to reducing accidents and incidents.  We commit significant resources to training and education on health and safety issues; a group-wide policy ensures that all employees receive health and safety training in accordance with the requirements of their role.  In addition, a proportion of employees’ bonus payments is linked to health and safety performance.
